Core Direction Ecosystem
Holdings / Our Structure
The business architecture

One business.
Three faces.

Most wellness companies are built around a single product, extending it into adjacent territory until they own nothing fully. CORE DIRECTION HOLDINGS is built differently — around a strategic user data asset and the community it represents. Every arm, every system, every product exists to grow, serve and monetise that asset.

Three tiers, one system

The architecture of the ecosystem

TIER 1 — THE PARENT

CORE DIRECTION HOLDINGS

Owns the vision, the brand, the intellectual property, the CORE Database, and the strategic direction of the entire ecosystem. The parent does not sell to customers directly — it owns and orchestrates the assets and operating arms that do: founding philosophy, capital allocation, the four operating systems as IP, government-level partnerships, and long-term geographic expansion.

TIER 2 — OPERATING ARM

CORE DIRECTION

The Technology Arm

Builds, owns and operates the digital infrastructure that powers everything: the community engagement SaaS platform, the consumer app, the AI Core Coach, AI Personal Trainer and AI Body Scanner, wearable integrations, booking and event infrastructure, the challenge and gamification engine, and enterprise analytics.

  • B2B SaaS subscriptions — $99 platform + enterprise add-ons
  • Consumer premium — $9.99/month
  • Bulk corporate licensing
  • Technology licensing to third-party operators
TIER 2 — OPERATING ARM

CORE EXPERIENCES

The Experiences Arm

Designs, produces and delivers the live and digital gatherings that bring the community together: the COREUNITY Festival, government campaigns at city and national scale, destination activation, corporate experience design, and long-form managed wellness programmes.

  • Operated deployments of all operating systems
  • Multi-month campaign & activation contracts
  • Festival ticketing, sponsorship & partnerships
  • Government & authority programmes
TIER 3 — THE CORE ASSET

The CORE Database

Beneath both arms sits the asset they both serve and are served by: every human who has ever attended a CORE EXPERIENCES event, downloaded the app, joined a community, completed a challenge, or been onboarded through a corporate or government deployment. Without it, the arms would be two businesses sharing a name. With it, they are one ecosystem with one community.

Why the database wins

The asset that compounds

The acquisition engine

Every event grows it. Every programme deepens it. Every campaign enriches it. Once a human enters the CORE Database, they are reachable for every future programme, product and experience.

The moat

Apps and content can be copied. A region-wide, behaviourally-engaged community of 100,000+ humans — built on technology collecting data since 2015 — cannot. A competitor would need a decade of campaigns and the trust of the region's governments to get there.

The AI substrate

The AI Core Coach reasons over the CORE Database — coaching context no other AI wellness coach in the world has: a user's history with the entire regional wellness ecosystem, not just their personal app data.

The proof point

When we pitch any operating system to a new client, we can show that members of their audience are already in our community. Cold pitches become warm, evidenced conversations.

The ecosystem in motion

Every part strengthens every other part

This is not a business model. It is an ecosystem in motion — the structural reason CORE DIRECTION HOLDINGS cannot be easily replicated. The moat is the connectivity, not the components.

Government campaign
40,000 citizens join
Database surfaces clusters
1,800 employees of one company
WELLNESS OS deployment
data-led, not cold
Employees attend COREUNITY
community deepens
Next destination engages
the loop compounds

The methodology that runs on this architecture

Five operating systems turn the ecosystem into deployable, repeatable systems any organisation can adopt.
